Perfect for Families who love convenience

The location is fantastic. My daughter had an event at Carnegie Hall, and the hotel was just around the corner. Great delis/diners/food carts nearby. And Central Park is only two blocks away.

A great experience

The one-bedroom suite was huge with a king-size bed and pullout sofa bed. Two bathrooms were perfect for privacy. Kitchenette had a dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, and was well-stocked. Location is steps from Central Park and tons of restaurants. Staff was super nice and housekeeping kept everything spotless.

The breakfast included in our stay was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated having a kitchenette in our Executive Junior Suite.

The location, while great, can get quite noisy at night.

So we scored a suite at this place, and honestly? It was pretty decent. The kitchenette came in handy, especially the dishwasher! We just loaded it up after takeout and moved on. it felt almost like home!...

This place suits my needs perfectly, with wi-fi, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff was incredibly helpful to my elderly parents during our first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape....

However, the WIFI was unreliable throughout the stay, and minor maintenance issues like a malfunctioning closet knob were inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast service left something to be desired, with staff being overly restrictive about takeout options, which felt unwarranted for paying guests.
